We take feedback seriously. If you have any comments or questions, or if you have suggestions about what colours in which our future watches and bands should be made, please let us know! Fill out the form on this page and we will do our best to come back to you as soon as possible.

If you have received your watch and/or bands and there was a problem or mistake with your order, you can email us directly at hello@jdrt.com and be sure to quote your receipt number in the subject line. Somebody will be in contact with you straight away so that we can organise to fix the problem!
